Well you can't blame the airbus company for this but the airline. Airlines are the ones to determinate how many seats an aircraft must have and not the manufacter. About losing luggage you should also blame the airline. Boing and Airbus just built aircrafts following the instructions of the airlines, they are not to blame due bad service. If you are not happy with the service, just change the airline you are using.
