This is what I love about you tube and why we are so lucky to be living in this age. Something just made me remember Loose Ends, who I used to listen to growing up in NYC in the mid 1980's, and I just find this video so easily. I never knew they were Brits, it always sounded to perfectly capture the feel of New York in the summertime, the cool evenings. Favorite part in this song, at 2:30 when she sings "Hold Me"

I agree with you in terms of the videos overseas that BET played before they became popular because I was a faithful viewer since I first got it in 1984. BET is where I first saw Five Star, Mai Tai, Eddie Grant, and Faze One, but I never saw 999 from Loose Ends, or Love's Got Me.

This was one of my favorite groups from the 80's. They had a nice funky sound. Soul II Soul sounded a lot like them.

Sven86 should come back. He had the greatest selection of rare videos and people were pissed when youtube froze his account. I was mad when youtube got me, but I came back slowly and was careful on how to label the clips too. There are people that on their 4th accounts and still don't give up.
