My grandparents on my father's side, both of their grandparents were full blooded Cherokee. I know almost nothing about this part of my heritage, and it saddens me greatly. =( This is a beautiful song. I sincerely hope I never say anything ignorant or insulting about them.

"little Mother" this was the last song we played to our little boy James Terrence John Crofts aged 14 as he lay dying in our arms. A person who was a Cherokee Native American sent James a letter and called him Brave Spirit, another person sent him a cherokee name he had called James and called him Little Warrior James hada strong connection it would seem.He died of Brain cancer June 13th 2001 at home in our arms smiling as he listened to this song , unafraid.
