we do have our own cabinet and i daresay every now and then it undergoes its own shuffle, but for some reason it never seems to spark as much excitement as british (or indian?) cabinet reshuffles

Even now every few months , a rumour is floated in the Indian press regarding an impending Cabinet reshuffle and the entire cabinet goes crazy with the gossip mill in full throttle! The flip side of parliamentary democracy! I dont think Americans have any idea of this!
