This was our entry in the 48 Hour Film Project for Greensboro, NC, 2007. Filmmakers are assigned a genre, prop, character, and line of dialogue and then have 48 hours to write, shoot, edit, and score a short film. assigned elements:Genre: Buddy FilmProp: Magnifying GlassCharacter: Joe Taylor, Nightshift WorkerDialogue: "Hug me close and call me sugar"This is what I came up with. I've tightned up the editing in a few spots since the festival but basically this is what I turned in. We won the Audience Award for our screening group.

I play the guitar and a Roland MC-909, record it with Cool Edit, then mix it all together with Acid.

Yep. Visit myspace and look up Jiveslinger (it won't let me put the address here) The music from Last Hurrah and my other short films isn't up there but you can hear some of the other stuff I do. We're working on a website to get everything in one place (movies, music, blogs, etc) Thanks for watching.
