Golf R32 Turbo 742 BHP

The EIP Stage 4 R32 Turbo System Project Car produces 755 BHP and 687 BTQ proven on AWD Dynojet Dynamometer - click here to see dyno sheet -. The turbo system is based on the original design of the Stage 1 and Stage 2 turbo systems featuring a similar piping layout and OEM like look. At the core of the system is a Custom Turbonetics T04 based custom turbocharger, EIP custom front mount intercooler utilizing the Spearco bar and plate core along with EIP's upgraded intake and charge piping. Internally the bottom end of the engine has been fitted with EIP forged pistons and chromemoly rods that are mated to an EIP High Flow Cylinder Head and EIP custom head studs. The fuel system is upgraded with EIP custom direct fit 1000cc fuel injectors, 1:1 fpr, upgrades fuel lines and fuel pump. Managing these components is the Electromotive TEC3 Stand Alone Engine Management System. An EIP Transmount, custom Race series clutch, pressure plate and flywheel manage the OEM drive line.
