It isn't a seperate game. The game is Quake 3 Arena. This is a custom map.

ill be honest i know nothing about level designs for quake 3 arena or anything really, but i am quite impressed at how well designed this is, little touches like the scales going to 230 and back down really did impress me a bit! |
