Mr. Hamilton is a crisp and refreshing breath to Soul R&B. He has the sound of all the greatest, and the style of the new generation. Like many others, when I saw the movie and heard the song, I was mezmorized. This song is one that I would want my man (if I had one) to say to me. This song is poetry put to music. He is what music use to be and I hope where music gets back to. I give credit where credit is due, and Anthony Hamilton has been long past due. A long time coming if you will..Much Luv

Dang, I remember when American Gangster came out along with this song, I was really diggin somebody at the time and I'd recite these lyrics to them. I still love this song as well as the person but we have went our separate ways.
