"Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Phil 2:8-12.. "It is written: 'As surely as I live,' says the Lord, 'every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God.'" Rom 10:11-12

You make alot of excellent points. My own opinion of the whole lot of these self described, "faith healers" is that they are too stupid and greedy to make their living at being bonafide magicians.I might also add that those who cling to the bogus promise of "devine healing" put forth by these charlatons are people who are not necessarily gullible "rubes", but rather, they are simply desperate.

Televangelists hold people from the logical approach to curing illness and the like. So through false hope and encouraging inaction, they are hurting people. And for the record, I've never met an incompetent doctor and at least spendy drugs have proof that they work.

God is not free. You pay for God with your right to think, your right to choose, your right to have any form of values. Its unfortunate that you don't understand this.

And did you forget to mention, because of course you know what you believe, that you a part of one of the greatest sun-worshiping cults on this planet.

Personally, I think listening to all these atheists and agnostics ridiculing our beliefs is one reason the Bible says we will be praying for the Lord's return--soon! They fail to realize that most of us know what and why we believe what we do!

i dunno i can find 100s of people who are alive from medicine too. not saying i can't find "miracles" although what is a miracle exactly? besides something "unexplainable" except through "the actions of "God"". so word up to both side of the story

For every grandma giving money to religion there are 100s being ripped off for over-priced medication, or being hurt by unnecessary and expensive medical procedures. Way more is spent on drugs than on faith. God is free, Church is free, people tithe voluntarily, try going to a hospital and getting care for free. I've never heard of anyone living in poverty because they gave too much to a religion, its a myth. BUT I'll bet I can find 100s who are living in poverty because of medical expenses.

What do you think happens to those old grandmas who send their pension checks and social security checks to these frauds for 'saving their souls' then are forced to live in poverty levels because they donated all of their money? That sounds like hurting to me, but they use morals to hurt these people, not a knife. To me thats worse, as its guised under good deeds and god.
