On the PBS Special "Thats Amore," the footage from the Dean Martin Show featured him and Pet Clark singing on a red set, with her wearing the same yellow dress as seen in this clip. Also, as TOTP was a (largely and notoriously) lip-synced show, and was not yet in color when this song was a hit. Its doubtful the BBC kept the footage, much less in pristine color videotape.
