Do you remember Frannie and Puppet Goriddle Gorilla from The Great Space Coaster? In America, they used to show La Linea shorts on TGSC in it's 5 year run from 1981 to 1986.

you dont mean morph do you? or was it the blue and the purple i think they were called. or maybe you mean the show that was actually animated in sand itself, in the opening credits they sang AEIOU in italian or something, i remember it well, but alas i do not remember the name, i could even sing the theme song lol

i do not recall seeing la linea shorts during the great space coaster, i remember watching la linea on its own on the ABC (australias equivalent to the BBC) in between tv shows, it only went for like 3 mins or so. it was one of the shows i would watch while waiting for doctor who to come on lol!

It's funny how Roy on TGSC always used to show this movie all the time to Puppet Goriddle Gorilla, but never to Frannie, the 16 year old brunette singer/guitar player?
