In filming music videos, it's up to the artist whether they want to lip-sync or not while the video is being shot. Generally, they either sing along with their own vocal track or lip-sync to it. Either way, when the final video is edited together, it's going to be their master studio track, so it's synced together with that.

i like this version and carries version too but i think the reason why most people like carries vershion better is cause carrie sings it with more pashion
