Just because you are a celebrity and have lots of money doesn't mean you'll get a great result. Celebrities often use their fame to skip important steps in the process of determining the best technique to use to achieve the best results and forgo follow-up care. Because of this, the average plastic surgery patient generally receives results that appear more natural as if you never had surgery at all.

Micky Rourke looks like death warmed up...so unnatural. Bad platic surgery...supposed to enhance and improve what they already have, not change the face entirely.. Paul Hogan (Croc Dundee) is another one...not the Hoges of old but now a new older new guy...geez...

I'd call about 20% of this plastic surgery... like Ashlee Simpson, the rest are just before and after from old and young. Good video, but titled wrong.
