In case you're wondering, Alec Rice Miller, Sonny Boy Williamson II is the second guy to call himself Sonny Boy Williamson. The first was John Lee "Sonny Boy" Williamson, who recorded on RCA's Bluebird label in Chicago in the 1930's and 40's. John Lee Williamson has the distinction of being the first guy to really urbanise the harmonica, turning it from a novelty to a fully fledged instrument.
