Advertising or soliciting prostitution via a computer is a felony crime in Oklahoma. Good way to make a nothing misdemeanor into a very expensive criminal defense.

So it's obvious when you see these women standing waiting for a john, that they're prostitutes. So couldn't a police officer roll on them for suspicion of soliciting sex? I'm not really familiar with the laws regarding these acts, and I understand that the police aren't always there to see this but wouldn't this be too risky? |
