It doesn't mean anything at all. This song is a gentle piss take at the French and fou dou fa fa sounded French. "Fa" is indeed the "F" note and "fou" in French means crazy, but they don't mean it like that. They just made out something that sounded kinda French.

or it could just be nonsense that sounded nice... sometimes things just sound nice without making sense... like "boogie-woogie" or "You make me want to La La" via Ashley Simpson

Wouldn't it be pronounced 'Foe Deh Fa Fa' ? It sounds like Foo Deh Fa Fa, but I was just curious about the Foux part.

I've read that "Fou de fafa" would roughly translate out into "crazy about funny" or "crazy about easy" but the weird thing is they said fafa is slang, and this video is about beginners french or phrasebook phrases, which usually wouldn't teach slang... someone else said maybe it meant "crazy about music"... in my French english dictionary (i'm taking grade 11 French) it says Fa means F as in someone singing the musical scale... Fou is definantly crazy though

More precisely it would mean "crazy" if written "fous" instead of "foux". "foux" does not exist in french.
