I appologize for misquoting you, i actually was able to notice it while i was doing it. But the two differen't crimes and their punishments were not meant to be the focus point. What Metallica did (in my humble opinion) was completely justified, poorly executed therefore misconstrued, but still the right deciscion. Stealing is stealing no matter who it is from. Ultimately i think that only Napster should have been penalized not the fans who had stolen songs , but it was Metallicas choice.
