"LOTAR" comes from "LoHama BaTerror", meaning counterterrorism. Eilat is the city in question, at the south end of Israel on the Red Sea.

What a shame-Lotar Eilat guys getting the boot &u can't do anything?How abt employing them?These people are the salt of the earth and there aren't too many of them left in Isr.,so I hope there's some reward-not just a moral one for the great job they do to serve and protect our troubled nation.The state must find ways to protect these brave people, too!Fairly often they are treated like 'expendable assets'.They need to be supported.After all,they sacrifice their lives for all of us!Food4Thought

i'm a palestinian, but looking at it from an outside perspective, especially growing up in america, i gotta say, israeli idf are some bad asses, gotta give it to them, if i wasn't palestinian, i'd join them.

I'm not a fan of the way the Palestinians are being treated by Isreal.But I have to admit the Isreal has world class military and intelligence units.And those SOF guys are really fast compared to western units. |
