Seriously, I don't know how more people don't understand this. No offense, but this is one of the worst songs that a couple could have as "our song". The whole point of this song is, as you say, cheating on his girlfriend/wife with his ex.

i like this song because it has a good meaning. try listening to the words instead of the music once not saying i couldn' t just listen to the music without the words It's an awesome song!!
