hey it WAS an era wether we liked the way we lived it, or who we were in it, or what happened to us in it, it must be something to be remembered because alot of civil liberties did come about because of all those people who did wine moan groan complain protest OPENED THEIR MOUTHES AND DID A F****** THING ABOOUT IT. I'm sorry but people are like cattle and will be led off to slaughter if not taught to think different or openly opinionate. My utmost respect to your husband my family has vets too

Well, good for you. Did you go to Vietnam? I doubt you have memories of that "war". My husband does and he doesn't like them...but he dealt with them gracefully w/ 3 Purple Hearts. You were there for "the war"? Pleaseeeeeeeee. If you weren't in Nam, dude you weren't there. By the way, hubby hates war and hates his memories...but he was drafted. Where did you go?

What's up with the FISA vote? Why do Dems keep covering crimes of the Republicans? We need another 60s style awakening!

Wow, I'm glad we have such a genius like you to tell us who we should like. Only problem is that I like Mcquire's version best, but I also like Dylan and Cohen, and I can't stand American Idol. I bet that really confuses you... you idiot.

I also love Sloan's "A Must to Avoid." It's my favorite Herman's Hermits song. Sloan was well tuned into the pop sounds of the mid-60's. I wish he had written more hits.
