Ok, sorry, i didn't know the guides for citizens in japan. And of course i don't understand a single word, so i can't check what they say...By the way, i think that looking the airways, before starting the RCP, and remove obstructive objects, isn't very difficult and can resolve a breathing stop quickly, without risking an heart stop.Other things are quite ok!

Thank you for the point. This image is BLS video for the citizens. When it hesitates in artificial respiration, the civilian is guiding that it need not be done in Japan.

Wrong hand positioning in head iperextension, they didn't verified if airways were free from obstructive objects. Also fingers in RCP are in wrong position, they must not lay on the chest, but remain lifted.During RCP, the girl becomes faster and faster, but she has to mantain the same speed all the time.And... For MSO, they have to give air to the body... Normally, 30 compressions and 2 insufflations, alternatively. Without any air apport, the patient will die, even if defibrillation. |
