Kimi isn't staying very long, and Luca is a Fernando fan so it seems like Alonso will be the natural replacement at Ferrari in 2010, or perhaps sooner judging by the Ferrari performances of late.

He's not the best YET!(he's won nothing) but no doubt in my mind he will be. Alonso was robbed last season but like I said it was Dennis and his cronies not Lewis. Schumacher and Senna are the best ive ever seen but I think lewis will be there in 5 years time (ide like to see him at farrari with Kimi) when masssa gets sacked)

hes a good driver but hes not the best. It would be a different story if Alonso had a decent car. I can't agree with you about Alonso making silly mistakes. Both his championships were won by consistency. Yes he does make them but on the whole hes very consistent.

I agree with you about the megalomaniac :)I dont like him, But he's the Boss what he says goes. Cant agree with you about Alonso, Hes got the agression but makes stupid mistakes when he has to play the waiting games. Come on Kurdt admit it after Hockenheim you've got to say Lewis is world class AND the megalomaniac nearly lost it for him.

I wouldn't agree with that. Kimi was catching Hamilton during that race and set the fastest lap, he was severely let down by his teams tactics. The same goes for Alonso. Its outrageous that Alonso who is clearly the best driver on the grid (as many inside the sport have admitted) has been denied at least one and possibly 2 world championships because of the selfish efforts of one megalomaniac and his puppet.

talk about sour grapes!! Ill agree McLaren are bias towards Hamilton, but I do believe this kid is world class NOW not in a couple of years time Ive been watching F1 all over the world for the last 20 years and Ive never seen anyone better in the wet. Just look at Silverstone and Hockenheim (wet and dry) Lewis would get points in any car. But to wish him continuous failier is wrong, Its not nice and It's not his fault Ron Dennis has decided to back him.

The thing that grinds most peoples gears is the blatant bias in the McLaren team from the day he arrived. They totally disrespected a double world champion that would have won them the two titles in 2007 if they'd behaved like a proper team. Its clear that Dennis has no other interest than entering the history books as the guy that gave a rookie a maiden world championship. Well I'm glad he failed and I hope he continues to.

because the guy is fucking good, and hes gonna have a better career than schumacher did. Mark my words....

the main reason i find him good is because he went beyond expectation on his 1st formula 1 season which he came close to win his 1st championship. Remember, not many 1st timers are capable of winning in their 1st season, even drivers like Schumi, Hakkinen , Alonso n Kimi took a 2 or 3 seasons to become capable of winning. |
