U2 is an American Spy aircraft that could fly at 70,000feet, very distingtive long wings, it doesnt look like it can fly, a very iconic plane. One of them got shot down in Russia and the pilot Gary Powers got captured and displayed on the world news channels. I think at this point the SR71 was put into service, not entirely sure.
