Truth behind this earthquake:Japan government did not respond to earthquake for atleast 3 weeks.*Over 80 percent died from fires not the earthquake itself, because of lack of response. *many "earthquake proof homes" (high price tag) used soda cans inbetween the cement to cut down on prices and insure higher profits.*the world wanted to help japan by sending trained scout dogs. Japan refused (excpet for small team from europe)because it takes 1 month to screen animals for rabis.
