The reform that McCain spoke of involved "PRIVATIZING" the oversight of the lending industry sort of like the SEC, which between ENRON and this crisis now has done such a bang up job on oversight. So much so that John McCain sought to fire Chairman Christopher Cox even though a) he's not the president and b) presidents cant fire SEC chairs due to the PRIVATE nature of their role. This is part of his ongoing philosophy (which includes PRIVATIZING SOCIAL SECURITY) that is why his "REFORMS" failed.

Only people that like their jobs will work. The rest will do nothing so no need for Human Services. Some will start small business s to build alt-fuel structure and vehicals.
