tori has said that she was greatly influenced by great guitar players of the 70's and 60's more then piano players. she adored Led Zeppelin and Robert Plant. she was also infuenced by folk singer Joni Mitchell and the Beatles. she said that she had not really listened to Kate Bush when she was younger. (and all that Classical training didn't hurt either)

i remember buying her first album when i was 17 and i've just read she was one of amy lee's influences, which i suspected, so i have come on for a little tori reminder. she was such a great artist in her day. makes you wonder who her influences were. i am guessing they are very varied as he's not really like anyone... kate bush one of them perhaps?
