yeah cuz the LP640 has a new airintake at the left side to cool the oil.The mirrors are more aerodynamic.the backlights are cross-shaped.and a bit more like power stuff nd interior

well all i know is that the LP640 had just minor exterior upgrades, increase in the V12 to a 6.5L, and i guess the name which i beleive LP stands for longitudonal position and the 640 stands for the 640 BHP the Murcielago has lol
