Killing is killing. It does not really matter if it is called legal. Executions being okay is no better than the one who committed murder. RIGHT?

ok.. you cant go round hating everyone 4 ever it destroys you, forgivness is the key, you can forgive but you will never forget, and i beleve all murderers are mentally ill so its basicaly punnishing someone 4 having a mentall illness but if your one of those ppl who wanna c em suffer they will suffer more with a life sentence staring at 4 walls 4 the rest of there life and having there freedom taken away from em because they will see the death penalty as a way out of what they have done

Guilty people ALSO get off death row. loopholes in the law, misplaced evidence, missing witnesses. Just because they are aquited doesn't make them innocent. And if someone killed your family, what would be the justice of putting them in prison, which honestly, isn't THAT bad now-a-days. TV, Working out, 3 square meals, get in plenty of reading or other activities. Not much of a punishment in my eyes. it's a shame when someone gets the death sentence, but it's a shame when they earned it too.

To all the people that think the death penalty shouldn't be used.What if a guy abused, hit, murdered OR raped ur daughter, son, sister, brother or ANY person who is very close to you. Would u forgive him ?People like them deserve a death penalty, and u know what.. if that guy comes earlier out of prison than he is already dead.. I would take revenge and let him pay for his deeds.I don't care about me going to prison then.Atleast the person who did this aweful thing to you is dead.

the death penalty is just sooo stupid, its baciacally kills the people who kills people to teach other people that killing people is wrong! look at how many people hav been let off death row coz htey r innocent and how u can call anyone that kills anyone sane i will never kno, o and my list goes on!

people shouldn't be punished by death penalty.. we are all human and you never know if you would be put in a situation... would you want to be facing the death penalty? there are a lot of injustices and you can never know if your putting the right person to death. How can you sleep at night wondering if you took a life because you thought they deserved it? Your pathetic and I doubt God would approve.

No, the Bible doesn't condone rape at all it condemns it. You must of skipped past the death of the man part in your reading of my post or maybe your just willfully ignorant?Hmm... I think both! If you want to learn more about the Bible go read it yourself without a bias premeditated opinion.

However, if the man forced (raped) the woman , then only the man's life was required. If the woman was a virgin not pledged in marriage , then the man had to pay a fine, marry the girl, and keep her as his wife as long as he lived.
