First of all anyone taking this test should be looking to destroy the time and not just make it. Training is necessary and crucial. Even though it's just an entry exam they are already looking at potential. Aside from that you realize that whatever it looks like it feels very different to the untrained. At some point your body will begin to tire and usually at the wrong moment.

regardless what if one chooses to run or fight? you have to be ready for that. what if they are high on drugs? there is a lot of variables that a police officer needs to take into consideration.
