I live in the U.S and I don't think he's that good.I was born between 1988-1990. I think scarface is a way better rapper,hip hop artist. that is my opinion.I like lil' wayne but I'm not goin to say he's the best.

you had to be after 1988-1990 because if you knew anything about hip-hop and lyrics. This dude is the greatest rapper alive just off the shit he has put out. Listen to Resonable Doubt, Hard Knock Life, Blueprint 1 and 2. This dude got classics. But everyone has their own opinion, it's just when young kids disrespect real shit and have the nerve to say Wayne is better than Jay-Z pisses me off. Are you from Canada, I guess Kardinal is the best rapper alive huh?
