That particular turbo went through around 8 minutes of anti-lag before it was sold. The wheel was in great condition but I'm sure it would have eventually hurt it.

how bad does anti lag kill a turbo??? pls xplain?? i dont kno much bot anti lag....but thanks to the xplanation from varqtube i now kno...but i keep seein that it kills the turbo??? thanks guys

The way antilag works, the ecu will retard your igintion timing many many degrees. This causes a ton of unburned fuel to make its way to the turbo manifold. The heat of the turbo manifold causes the fuel to combust and it spools the turbo.This enables you to leave the line with full boost (or close to it) rather than launching, letting the turbo spool up, and then getting full boost.
