and for the guy who posted this video, the officer isn't corrupt and this isn't proof of corrupt cops. the guy didn't sign the ticket, the officer got him out to put him in cuffs he didn't listen to his command so he made him. the officer didn't do anything wrong.

Uh no one noticed how shitty these actors are? Cops do not approach vehicles and stick their face inside. The man from the truck recovered very fast from the taser. Unusual. 2 different cops. 2 different uniforms. How could the cop get him for speeding since the guy in the truck was behind him? Why was the guy in the truck being such an asshole??
