This video is so not confusing at all. What she is going through is basically taking shit for granted. She watches him get into an accident...and it keeps replaying. Hence, all these things I hate, revolving around this girl who cant get the image or that accident out of her head. See there is a coffin in front of the guys when they are playing the song. It is very simple.
