I don't think all of these people are saved. Some of them like Dungy, for sure, but you know that because he lives/coaches AGAINST the grain of the world. Do some research on the Bush family and top politician's involvement in Masonry and the occult. I hate to be a bubble buster, but the Bible is clear the path is narrow, and the WORLD, is at odds with it. Few Kings(presidents) in the Bible were good. Very few.

I think the message hes trying to get across is "Look at all these people. Which way will you choose to go. Which life will you choose to lead. Are you going to tell the world bout Christ or leave it be. Which will you choose? To be a blessing, or some one who is not so much of a blessing?" That would be my interpretation.
