Richard Allen was a very old geezer from the west country who did a bit of research, talking to a few London Skins, and decided to make some easy money writing novels about a fictional skin called "Joe Hawkins". Allen had Hawkins down as a racist rolling stones fan. The novels aren't great, you'd be better off reading stuff written by actual original skins.

Richard Allen novels - I'm just a little curious, how do the Richard Allen novels read? Are they good stories? Can you get them on EBAY???
