Hi! I just wanted to say that I LOVE your programs. I wanted to know what your background was. I am a 3rd year medical student at UMDNJ-School Of Osteopathic Medicine, and have a HUGE interest in nutrition. Thanks and keep on doing what you're doing!

You make a lot of sense here. These steps are simple and to the point, but is eating late really going to make you gain weight? I know body builders who eat around the clock to keep their metabolism going. generally if you stay away from carbs in the evening cant you eat as late as you want? Couldnt this actually be beneficial to weight loss? I also think sodium is an issue that is not really directly pointed out in your plan.biggest loser marty

There was only one study that claimed "kidney damage" from too much water. The people had proteinuria(protein in their urine). It is a symptom and does not always indicate actual kidney damage. They were drinking four liters of water a day; 18 large glasses on average. Then they cut down their water intact, and after a week the protein in their urine went away. |
