Very enjoyable.My Father was an R.A.F engine fitter based at Japhur in India with 260 sqn I think.

Just incredible set of videos. Thank you SO much. My uncle perished at the controls of one of these things in Italy in March of 45. Accidental liferaft deployment on initial take off, of all things, go figure. 4 survivors of which 2 are still alive. What a bird.

My Grandfather was a Ball Turrett Gunner on a Liberator for the 459th. Flew years ago my uncle and i flew on Witchcraft.

I'm new to youtube. First one I watch takes me way back. I flew 44 missions in a B-24 with the 15th air force 459th group, 757 squadrin. I took my wife of 60 years for a ride in the 24 when collings was at PBIA a few years ago. Great pictures
