This was my first trip on this trail. When we went to the ranger station, the ranger suggested this spot. He said the trail goes to the left and there is a turnout on the right and that it is real easy to miss. He said what creek we would pass before we get there. I can't remember which one now. I ended up camping at this spot on another trip. Again it was in the snow and beautiful.

The campsite you guys used is probably my favorite one on the MFK trail. How'd you guys find it? It's not exactly on the main trail...
