Yoga is not sports.without winner or loser. That is a religion taking a happiness. The muse of blooming lotus.Every pose grow yoga`s pose with the breathing and Mind.Flower of lotus is the most bassic pose. ....I sleep without pillow just like the dead.

Meditation is not just sitting in lotus and following your breath or other objects of focus. The greatest meditation masters have taught that meditation can achieved while breathing, walking, eating, talking, and even while doing asanas. Asanas themselves if done with awareness leads to meditative state. It's about the amount of presence one brings to one's practice.

He said the lineage is from Bhisnu Gosh. He didn't say he learned it from Bhisnu Gosh or met him. He's a Bikram student, but Bikram, though his yoga is called by his name, gives all credit to his guru, Bhishnu Gosh, in his writings and in various interviews.

Yoga its not just an "exercise"its way of life and spiritual evolutionmy father is a yoga master, he always took it as something more then just exercise, he told me that when he meditated he could talk to his grandpa and see his previuous lifes.now as he became older he does less yoga more meditation, because yoga inflicts a great stresses on the body - but its worth it for later astral traveling when enough "flesh' experience is gained.its very complicated.

Thank you for starting the video by saying that "the routine is a preparation meditation," which is the traditional focus of Yoga.

Tony did learn much of his yoga from Bikram, but he has been around a long time and he is authentic.
