Seriously, what he said in this scene forshadows his futre as the voice of Batman. Oh! Why couldn't they cast him as Batman instead of Keaton, Val, or Clooney?

Yeah...I think all the effort that he would've put toward cultivating a good Batman voice is instead expended on making sure that his accent stays American :/ God, when he said "it's what I DOOOO" in the first film, my face was so frozen with laughter/horror.
