My point was not all speech is defended by the Constitution. I am not an expert at all,I was a Communications major in college and we went over protected and unprotected speech. Basically any speech that incites violence is not protected,I think it was called something like the fighting words doctrine". Also stuff like yelling Fire in a crowded theater not protected. In the case of these White Supremacists, not sure if there speech is protected. I think it depends on if they are inciting violenc

Take the opportunity to teach us. Enlighten us by pointing out the Article, Section and clause/es in the CURRENT US Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Amendments where the Hate Speech language exists, and how it usurps individual rights. Please. Educate us. If this is so, we NEED to know. I will alter my support for Dr. Paul, and any other Constitution defender (including Presidents who take an oath to support and defend her).
