I think it was a legitim goal after WW I, trying to unify again all parts of the German Emire from 1871. And it was also legitim trying to unify all german speakers under one crown. (not Leader)But I really don´t know what Hitler wanted after reaching this goals. I think at one time he thought the german armee was unbeatable. And England couldn´t accept that and so they went on waging war against germany.
