Hi! Thank you very much for your excellent and informative vids! Many (including me) are working with to heavy weights in the gym. This have changed after watching your vids, plase post more! It would also be very interesting to hear your wievs on diets, cardio etc. You have obviously been doing this right aswell :)!

Firstly, your approach on do it until you lose the form - c'mon!!! Secondly, do it until you feel the muscle contract ( your dumbbell row??) The muscle fibers should be stretched to its maximum and contracted to maximum levels through ''natural range of motion'' for the fullest benefit. As regards to repetition advice...all depends on what person is after. Do not generalise, you need to very specific!!
