think again, a teep with no power is worthless. its usually most effective when ur opponent is moving forward so theres a lot of weight coming toward u. a good teep, though defensive, can send an opponent to the mat.

I love the way all these people who probably never kicked a ball critic...There are all types of variations but everything he said about the foot JAB is true.Remember its a jab it can have power but is mostly defensive.Go look at Baukaw highlight perfect teep kick

for u ppl who are saying this is weak and useless i am telling u i havebeen doing martial arts for 7 years and i can tell you that a foot jab done properly works well excpecially to put them off balance. and as soon as u loose your balance it;s over.

So your a martial arts master now ? if u think its weak try to get one of thos kicks it will throw u like 10 feet away lol .. u must try to test be4 u judge

weak! looks more like a foot push than a foot jab. and by turning the supporting foot to the outside like that (instead of pointing straight), you not only lose power, you make it easier for your opponent to block your leg to the side or grab your leg and sweep you.

not really, its not ment to stay there..like a jab in n out..plus i get more range..juss like the knee...i love flat footed fighters...i juss where there goin juss from thier feet movment...on toes iz more explosive.

or parry the leg to the outside and advance with an up elbow with right and then left hook. thats my favorite, but north carolina doesnt allow elbows during sanctioned fights
