I saw this back in the early 90s once and never saw it again till yesterday, brings back awesome memory's of good times. What a great song. Sophie your the best..BTW that was my grandmos name.

Hm. Pretty sure that's supposed to be a loincloth. I think they're trying to tie into the "jungle book" line- there's a mural with a lion, the feral way she's crawling along the wall. It doesn't fit with her carefully arranged hairdo, as well as the sheer fabric she's wrapped in, in another scene. The loincloth/diaper itself isn't the problem- they're just having trouble picking an image and staying with it.

Banned? I've seen raunchier cartoons. A tremendous fan of this song since it's debut, I enjoy the video as well; I find the dancing itself alluring, but do wish that she'd not chosen the diaper-thing to wear as it is distracting.
