i see a real problem with this video never losen up the top bolt first alwayys loosen the sides first reason why is because when you loseen this top bolt first while the sides are still locked the star nut will spin inside the steerer tube and it is a real pain to get out i was only trying to help so please dont vote agaisnst me

another good tip for bmx rs... take a warn tyre cut the metal ring out both sides. cut 1 inch of the tyre fit into a new (good tyre) fit inner tube and put on wheel. garenteed no puntchers. unless you ride over a feckin big nail
