LOl. Many of these countries are social democracies and welfare states. Almost all have fee health care for there citizens. If you think these are modern "capitalist nations", great. We have nothing to argue about. I would say most conservatives in the US would rather move to the Chinese model.

Yeah a bunch of modern capitalist nations with private property rights. Which of these countries is a socialist nation. The closest you can get is maybe Sweden but wait they were capitalist for decades and they have property rights and a very low progressive tax rate but a high consumption rate. In none of these countries does the state run the economy. Heck Finland's economy is less regulated then the USAs same with Latvia. Ha keep it comming

Didn't even realize it. Thanks.

Pollution is not worse in socialist countries it's better. You just make stuff up and write it. don't you? Facts and truth are tough ones for conservatives. lol Here are the greenest countries:1 Switzerland 95.52 Sweden 93.13 Norway 93.14 Finland 91.45 Costa Rica 90.56 Austria 89.47 New Zealand 88.98 Latvia 88.89 Colombia 88.310 France 87.811 Iceland 87.612 Canada 86.613 Germany 86.314 United Kingdom 86.3 Notice anything?

The reason that the majority of pollution in the USA comes from private industries is becase the vast majority of Economic activity is due to private industries. If the exact same economic activities were done by governments like they are in socialist countries the pollution would be worse. Also it was the Canadian military I was speaking of. This should have been clear by my use of the words Canadian military and the province of New Brunswick.

2:04 Very good point; a rebuttal of the idea that there are political solutions the economic problems.

The US military dumps toxin into the water supply? news to me. The majority of pollutions in our environment is due to industry. Profit is not a good reason to pollute the commons. I can understand some military uses.
EasyEs (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
Governments don't dump toxins? I am sorry what about nationalized industries what about the militrary, Are you implying that the Soviet union never dumped toxins in lakes and rivers. Are you implying that the Venezuelan government never had a leaky oil pipeline or sour gas leak. I mean do you honestly believe the crap coming out of your mouth! Fuck the Canadian military dumped toxic chemicals in New Brunswick because budget limits forced a half assed job.

"have no effect what so ever on the collective"If you can't learn I don't know what to tell you. Government doesn't dump toxins into the water moron. Private business does. If you deny reality and can't give one shred of evidence to prove any of your points I can't help you. You can lie your way through life or you try to be honest. I can see which way you have chosen. |
