Yes from the infomation i gatherd, they are able to breathe on the moon and in vaccume aswel with little oxygen support. All they need to do is adjust the pressure on the bodys tissue like when people go scooberdiving in deepsea etc. people have been walking on the moon with all they need is little oxygen.

How do we know that we cannot breathe on the moon, i mean sure our technology tells us that the air there doesn't have enough oxygen but has there ever been a test?
