Triple Bottom Line. It is the way business is being run now in this case, and will change slowly in each business.

You ungrateful cur! You should be down on your kneees, PRAYING to the corporation not to fire your hippie ass! Here's a nickel's worth of free advice buddy - it's beatniks and hippies like YOU that are on the way out, NOT the corporate system that makes use of your otherwise wasted sack of organs.

Then I understand it's a win-win. You got a problem with profit?

You need to understand the only reason Ray is getting this to work is that at the end of the day it will be profitable.

The end of "The Corporation" will offer sustainability. Private control of resource extraction and production must end. The tyranny of the Corporation should be replaced with democratic, worker-owned non-corporations. Ending wealth controling the means of production through Corporations.Forty-hours per week within the economic tyranny of the Corporation is in contradiction to democratic principles. Systemic changes such as employee-elected managers offers hope for sustainabile communities.
