Your point is? A lot of motorcycles have 4 cylinders. Yet they weigh only 400 pounds, so 125hp makes them pretty damn fast. I really don't see what kind of point you are even trying to make. An F1 car only has a 2.4 liter engine.

If you thought they weighed less, then it would lead you to believe they would be faster. Your statement poses the stance of questioning why they are such a good car. Your second statement poses a contradicting stance to your first statement. Either your logic is flawed or your grasp of sentence structuring isn't up to par. I'll let you make the call.

Because they are such a light car. They weigh around 2,000 pounds where as most other cars usually weigh at least 3,000 pounds. Also their suspension setup is very well put together. The engineering put into this car is very good.
